HMT Recruitment 2023: HMT Machine Tools Limited (HMTMTL) is seeking suitable candidates for the posts of Project Officer in Finance and Project Officer in Law on a fixed-term basis (FTE). As per the Official Notification of HMT Recruitment 2023, there are 03 vacancies for the above mentioned posts. The requirements are purely temporary in nature and on Fixed Term Employment (FTE) basis for SPECIFIC PROJECT for a period of Two (2) years which may be extended for maximum period of Two (2) years on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance of the individual or on completion of the assignments/ projects, whichever is earlier. The maximum age limit for both positions is 32 years. As per the Official Notification of HMT Recruitment 2023 remuneration will be provided on a grade of PS-III/ 8600-250-14600 (1997 Pay-Scale).

For Project Officer – Finance
A candidate must possess a degree in CA /CMA/ ICWA or MBA with 3 years of Graduation in B.Com mandatory from a recognized university. He/ she must have a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in the Finalization of Accounts/ Audit/ Taxation/ Costing and Budgeting, etc. A relevant work experience in State/ Central/ PSU/ CPSE will be given preference.
For Project Officer – Legal
Candidates must have a full-time L.L.B. degree from a recognized University. Candidates must have experience in Company Legal matters like service matters and techno-commercial matters. He/ she must have expertise in all the facets of Labour Laws and legal issues. Applicants, who have a working experience in any State/ Central/ PSU/ CPSE body will be given preference.
According to the Official Notification of HMT Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for both positions is 32 years. An ex-apprentice trainee or a contract-based employee, who has ever worked or currently working in HMT Machine Tools Limited will be given relaxation in upper age restrictions.
According to the official notification of HMT Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be paid their remunerations based on a grade of PS-III/ 8600-250-14600 (1997 Pay-Scale). Candidates will be eligible for DA, HRA, PF, and other statutory benefits along with a monthly and annual incentive for a fixed period of services.
