The total number of vacancies is seven. As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for the above post scales between 30 to 55 years as of the date of 22nd February 2023. The monthly pay scale for both Senior Surveyor and Overman at the W-7 Level is Rs. 34,500, compared to Rs. 29,500 for a Pharmacist at the W-5 Level, without supplementary perks.

Candidates who will be employed as Senior Surveyors (W-7 Level) must not be older than 3o years. The maximum age for an Overman (W-7 Level) and a Lab Chemist (W-5 Level) is 55 and 30 years, respectively.
As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the fixed pay scale for the above positions is varied in addition to HRA, Conveyance, Night Shift Allowance, Mobile Charge, medical facilities, and medical Insurance Coverage for family.
The candidates who will be hired for Sr. Surveyor and Overman will be paid a similar fixed monthly salary of Rs.34,500 with HRA (Rs.3450), Conveyance (Rs.1260), Night Shift Allowance (Rs.2400 only to Overman), Mobile Charge (Rs.300), medical facilities (Rs.1000), and medical Insurance Coverage for family (Rs.3 lakhs per annum).
The candidates who will be selected for Pharmacist in (W-5 Level) will be paid a similar fixed monthly salary of Rs.29,500 with HRA (Rs.2950), Conveyance (Rs.1260), Mobile Charge (Rs.300), medical facilities (Rs.1000), and medical Insurance Coverage for family (Rs.3 lakhs per annum).
As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be chosen based on their experience in the relevant sector and performance in the interaction/viva. However, if the ratio of qualified applicants to openings for the job exceeds 1:5, the number of candidates for viva will be limited based on academic record and experience.
