Engineering discipline

Candidates should have a Regular full-time Bachelor in Engineering/ B. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Power System Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA Or Regular full-time Masters in Engineering/ M. Tech. or equivalent in Electrical/ Electrical (Power)/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Engineering/ Power System Engineering/ Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized Institute/ University with first division or equivalent CGPA.

Finance & Accounts (F&A) discipline

Candidates should have Chartered Accountancy/ Cost and Management Accountancy

Human Resource (HR) discipline

Candidates should have Regular full-time two-year courses or Post Graduate degrees/diplomas from a recognized/ reputed Institution/ University or equivalent with a specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management or equivalent with first division or equivalent CGPA.

Information Technology (IT) discipline

Candidates should have a Regular full-time bachelor’s in engineering/ B. General Manager (Engineering)

Candidates should have 21 years of post-qualification executive experience CTC of ₹ 26 Lakh p.a.

Manager (Engineering)

Candidates should have 12 years of post-qualification executive experience CTC of Rs. 18 Lakh p.a.

Deputy Manager (Engineering)

Candidates should have 9 years of post-qualification executive experience CTC of ₹ 15 Lakh p.a.

Assistant Manager (Engineering)

Candidates should have 5 years of post-qualification executive experience CTC of ₹ 12 Lakh p.a.

Officer (Engineering)

Candidates should have 3 years of post-qualification executive experience CTC of ₹ 10 Lakh p.a.

Age Limit For REC Recruitment 2023:

As per the REC Recruitment 2023 official notification, for the position of General Manager, candidates must be below the age of 52 years. The age limit for a Manager job post is 42 years, while for Deputy Manager, it is 39 years. For Assistant Managers, the age limit is 35 years, and for Officers, it is 33 years. The age limit for Dy. General Manager is 48 years, and for Chief Manager, it is 45 years. Finally, the age limit for the post of Assistant Officer is 40 years.
