Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Government of India has sought Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Post Research Officer (Naturopathy) under the Ministry of AYUSH vide the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.  The UPSC issued Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification narrates 01 Vacancy earmarked for Open Market/Un-Reserved Category Candidate to be filled up under the Post Classification General Central Service, Group ‘A’ Gazetted (Non-Ministerial).  According to the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, all Eligible Candidates with Desire for AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy) Research Officer (Naturopathy) Post should complete the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) Process.  Based on the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Crucial Date stipulated is 27.04.2023 following the Instructions prescribed therein.    

The Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement mandates the AYUSH Research Officer (Naturopathy) Post under the General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) Post Classification to be filled up under the Pay Matrix Level 10 (Rs.56100-177500) of the 7th Central Pay Commission under the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Government of India.

Pay Matrix Level for Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023:

According to the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Research Officer (Naturopathy) post-Selection shall be issued Appointment under the Pay Matrix Level 10 hereinunder:

Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) of Pay Matrix under 7th CPC

Upper Age Limits under Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023:

As per the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the following Category-wise and Reserved Community-specific Age Limits as on the Closing Date 27.04.2023 are prescribed hereunder:

1) The Un-Reserved Applicant should not exceed (Maximum) 35 Years.

2) The Upper Age Limitation remains Relaxable for Regularly Appointed Central Government/Union Territory Government Servants up to 05 Years as per the instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.

3) For Age Concessions applicable to some other Categories, the Applicants should refer to the relevant Paragraphs of the “Instructions and Additional Information to Candidates for Recruitment by Selection” of the UPSC issued Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.

Eligibility Criteria for the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualification(s) and Experience essential as per the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification for the Applicants are as follows:

Essential Qualification(s):

Willing Candidates with Eligibility should have the Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualifications, Mandatory Experience with Desirable Qualifications narrated hereunder:

Essential Criteria:

A) Educational Qualification(s):

I) 5½ Years’ Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (BNYS) Degree from any Accredited University/ Institute.

II) Post-Graduate Degree in Naturopathy from any Accredited University or Institute.

Desirable Qualification: Philosophiae Doctor/Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Naturopathy from any Duly Accredited University Or Equivalent Institute.

Note: The Qualifications and the Qualification in regard to Experience in case of the Candidates, otherwise well-qualified, are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission.

Selection Process under Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023:

The Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued by the Union Public Service Commission mandates the Recruitment Test Selection and Other Criteria to be carried through and Similar has also been explained hereunder:

Recruitment Methodology:

In the event of the Applications received relatively in a large number from the Applicants, the Union Public Service Commission will adopt the Shortlisting Criteria to restrict the number to only Eligible Candidates to be called in for the Interview to a Reasonable Number by Any or More of the Methodologies as mentioned hereunder:

a) “Based on the Desirable Qualification (DQ) or any one or all of the Desirable Qualifications (DQs) if more than one Desirable Qualification is prescribed”.

b) On the basis of Higher Educational Qualifications than the Minimum prescribed in the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Notification.

c) Based on Higher Experience in the relevant field than the Minimum prescribed in the Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.

d) By reckoning the Prior Professional Work-Experience before or Post-acquiring Essential Qualifications of the Candidate Applicants.

e) By invoking the Prior Work Experience even in cases where there is No Experience mentioned Either as Essential Qualification (EQ) Or as Desirable Qualification (DQ).

f) By holding a Recruitment Test (RT).

Note-II: Minimum Qualifying/Pass Marks:

Viva-voce/Personality Test carries Total 100 Marks explained hereunder:

i) The Category-wise Minimum Level of Suitability in the Interviews (100 Marks), irrespective of whether the Selection is conducted only through Interview or by holding a Recruitment Test (RT) to be followed by the Interview, shall remain as hereunder:

a) Un-Reserved Candidates to secure Minimum Qualifying 50 Marks out of Maximum 100 Marks

b) Economically Weaker Sections 50 Marks

c) Other Backward Community: 45 Marks

d) Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Caste/Persons with Benchmark Disability/ies (PwBD/s): 40 Marks.

ii) In cases where Selection is carried through by Recruitment Test (RT) followed by the Personal Interview, the Candidate will have to attain the Minimum Level of Suitability in their respective Categories in the course of the Interview Stage.

Application Fee for Ministry of AYUSH Recruitment 2023:

Following is the Category-wise Application Fee and Payment Gateway for remittance by the Applicants:

I) The General Category/EWS/OBC Candidates shall have to pay the Application Fee Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty-five only) only either by remitting the Money in any Branch of the State Bank of India in Cash Or by using the Net-Banking Facility of the State Bank of India Or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card Payment Gateway.

II) Reserved Community (SC/ST/PwBDs) and Women Candidates under any Community remain Exempted from payment of the Application Fee.

v) Upload Self-attested Documents on the UPSC Online Registration of Application.

vi) Remit the Application Fee Online through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking, etc.
