SBI Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting applications from retired SBI and e-ABs officers for the post of Case Manager – AML/CFT on a contract basis. As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year which can be extended up to 03 years depending on the performance of the candidates. There are 04 vacancies which 02 vacancies are for the General category, 01 vacancy for Other Backward Caste, and 01 vacancy for the Scheduled Caste category.

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 40000. During the term of the contract, the bank will not provide any housing or furniture, nor will it provide any other advantages or perks like memberships in pension or provident funds or gratuities. Selected candidates will be appointed at Jaipur or Hyderabad. Candidates applying for this job post should be below the age of 63 years. Experience Required for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Ex-officers with experience in operational assignments, audit- or compliance-related fields, etc., during their time with the bank will be given preference.

Eligibility Criteria for SBI Recruitment 2023:

The officer should have left the Bank’s employ only after turning 60 and reaching superannuation. The officers who voluntarily left the Bank before reaching superannuation are not eligible to be considered for engagement. However, according to e-Circular Nos. CDO/P&HRD-PM/58/2015-16 dated 07.10.2015 & CDO/P&HRD-PM/12/2017-18 dated 05.05.2017, any officer who has completed 58 years of age and 30 years of service/pensionable service as of the date of applying for voluntary retirement will be eligible for engagement in the Bank upon reaching the age of 60 years. Officers should have a solid performance history and an in-depth understanding of the systems and processes used by the Bank. Officers should be qualified and have the necessary domain knowledge for the job at hand. The officer’s or employee’s integrity should not have been questioned during his prior employment. During the five years of service prior to retirement, the official should not have received any punishment or penalty (including censure or higher).

Tenure for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year which can be extended up to 03 years depending on the performance of the candidates. However, the AML-CFT Cell will keep an eye on his or her performance during the review period based on specific productivity metrics that will be established by the AML-CFT Cell. If the Bank determines that the ex-officers services are not satisfactory to the Competent Authority, the Bank may terminate such services, and that decision will be final and without recourse. The retired officers will be entitled to a 30-day leave during their one-year engagement, which they may take with the permission of the bank or authority to report.

Selection Process for SBI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be selected through a shortlisting and interview process. The shortlisting criteria will be determined by the Bank’s newly formed shortlisting committee, after which a sufficient number of applicants will be selected and contacted for interviews. The Bank’s decision to schedule interviews with candidates is final. In this regard, no correspondence will be answered. 100 points are awarded for the interview. The Bank will choose the minimum score required for the interview. In this regard, no correspondence will be answered. Only those candidates who receive the minimum required marks will be included in the final selection’s merit list, which will be compiled in descending order of interview scores. In the event that many candidates meet the same cut-off scores, they will be ranked according to merit in reverse chronological order.
