According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Vacancy Notice, all Notified 07 Posts on Contractual Basis are to be filled up Fixed Monthly Remuneration narrated in the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement. The RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement/Vacancy Notice has prescribed the Monthly Remuneration accruing to the Selected Key Experts explained as hereunder:
I) 1st, 2nd, 6th and 7th Posts: Retired in Pay Level 10 or Higher/Equivalent IDA Scale under the 7th Central Pay Commission Level
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 1.10 Lac (Consolidated) Per Month Plus Monthly Vehicle Reimbursement
II) 3rd Post: Retired in Pay Level 7 or Higher/Equivalent IDA Scale under the 7th Central Pay Commission Level
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 86000 (Consolidated) Per Month for Pay Level 07, 08, 09 Plus Monthly Vehicle Reimbursement
III) 4th Post: Retired in Pay Level 12 or Higher/Equivalent IDA Scale under the 7th Central Pay Commission Level
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 1.50 Lac (Consolidated) Per Month Plus Monthly Vehicle Reimbursement
IV) 5th Post: Retired in Pay Level 14 or Higher/Equivalent IDA Scale under the 7th Central Pay Commission Level
Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 2.10 Lac (Consolidated) Per Month Plus Monthly Vehicle Reimbursement
Based on the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Maximum Age Limit to be reckoned as on 01.07.2023 is as follows:
Age Limit: 63 Years
Note: The Eligibility comprising Essential Educational Qualifications with the Desirable Experience specific to the Divisions may be referred to for perusal in the Appended RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
According to the RITES Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, the Eligible Applicants should have gained Mandatory Educational Qualification(s) and Experience explained hereunder:
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
I) 1st, 2nd, 6th and 7th Posts: Full-Time Diploma/Degree in the Concerned Discipline with 12 Years’ Experience.
II) 3rd Post: Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with more than 02 Years’ Experience.
III) 4th and 5th Posts: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Technology/Science) with 12 Years’ Experience.
The Contractual Engagement on the Notified Engineer, Assistant Resident Engineer, and Administrative Manager Posts shall remain Purely and Strictly on a Contractual Basis initially for 01 Year’s Period. However, the Contractual Engagement stands Extendable subject to Mutual Consent and the Incumbent’s Performance until completion of the Assignment. The Selected Incumbent’s Actual Engagement/Deployment will be subject to the Approval accorded by the Client.
