02: Assistant Manager (Marketing) (E-2):
Educational Qualification and Experience:
I) Post-Graduation [M.Sc. (Agri)]; Or
II) Bachelor’s Degree [B.Sc. (Agri)] with 02-Years’ MBA in Marketing Management with Minimum 05 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience.

03: Assistant Manager (Legal) (E-2):
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Degree in any discipline and Minimum 03 Years’ Professional Course Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B); Or 05-Years’ Integrated Bachelor of Legal Laws (Professional).
Preference will be given to the Candidates having a Master’s Degree in Laws; i.e., Master of Legal Laws (LL.M)
Based on the BVFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Selection Process for Officer (Marketing), Assistant Manager (Marketing) and Assistant Manager (Legal) involves Shortlisting followed by Interviews.
Before being called in for Interviews, Suitable Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis on their Eligibility/Experience in the relevant field. Interviews for First 02 Posts (Officer-Marketing; and Assistant Manager-Marketing)will be held in Kolkata. Oral Test/Interview for the Third Post Assistant Manager (Legal) shall be conducted in the Head Quarter in Assam.
