IRCTC Recruitment 2023: The Office of Additional General Manager (HRM), Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Limited, Ministry of Railways, Government of India has invited Applications from the Officials Eligible for One Deputationist Post Joint General Manager (E5)/Deputy General Manager (E4) “Rail Neer” for Posting in Ambernath” vide the IRCTC Recruitment Official Vacancy Notice Dated 27.07.2023. The IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has occurred for Jt General Manager (E5)/Dy General Manager (E4) Post(s) with 01 Vacancy to be filled up through Deputation Process for Appointment under the Parent Pay Plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance (PP&DA) Plus Perks narrated therein.

Appointment Terms: By Deputation (Transferable as per Business Requirement)
Deputation Tenure: 03-Years or till IRCTC remains Exempted from the Rule of Immediate Absorption, Whichever being Earlier. The Current Exemption is under process.

Specific Requirements:
Service: Officers in the Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Department of the Indian Railways.
Officers working in Similar Posts in Railway Public Sector Undertakings, Other Central Government Ministries & Departments, their Public Sector Undertakings, State Governments and their Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, etc.
Pay Scale:
Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 6600, 6th CPC/Pay Matrix Level 11, CDA Pattern (7th CPC) (Eligible for Joint General Manager/E5 Level); Or
Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 5400, 6th CPC/Pay Matrix Level 10, CDA Pattern (7th CPC) (Eligible for Deputy General Manager/E-4 Level).
Qualification/Experience:
i) Officer of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Department of the Indian Railways.
ii) Officer should have worked in Maintenance Depots, Field Units of the Indian Railways.
As per the Procedure advised by the Ministry of Railways Letter No, 2017/E(O) II/41/5 Dated 25.05.2017. Selection Committee Procedure for Evaluation of Applications and Selection of Officers to be taken on Deputation. The Public Sector Undertakings to constitute the Selection Committee and formulate Objective Selection Criteria, Parameters.
A Duly Constituted Committee shall Evaluate the Candidatures and select the Most Suitable Persons for the Job Based on the Evaluation Parameters. The Concerned Organizations/Public Sector Undertaking shall forward the Name of the Select Candidates for Approval of the Competent Authority in the Ministry of Railways.
Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued an Appointment On Deputation with Posting in New Delhi for 03 Years.
