KMC Recruitment 2023: The Chief Municipal Health Officer (CMHO), Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC), Kolkata has invited Applications from Experienced Medical Specialists with the desirable Eligibility Criteria for 08 Contractual Specialist Posts in Multiple Specialty Departments through this KMC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement Dated 01.08.2023. The KMC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy has occurred for 08 Medical Officer Specialist Posts with 60 Vacancies to be filled up Purely on a Contractual Basis in the Health Department of Kolkata Municipal Corporation for Polyclinics under 15th Finance Commission Health Grant. Based on the KMC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Candidates post-Selection as Specialists in the Concerned Specialty Department shall be compensated Variable Monthly Remunerations. The Candidates shall be disbursed @ Rs. 3000.00 Per Day for 03 Hours Per Day for Twice/Thrice Working Attendance.

Based on the KMC Recruitment 2023 Notification, General Merit Candidates (as on 01.01.2023), the Candidate should be aged as follows:
Age Limit: Up to Maximum 67 Years
According to the KMC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Mandatory Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification, Experienced and Allied Qualifications/Registration to be read as follows:
The Eligible Candidate should have
i) in possession MBBS with Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in the Concerned Subject from any Institute duly recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/DNB
ii) completed the 01-Year’s Internship; and
iii) must have been registered under the West Bengal Nursing Council with an Essential Proficiency in Bengali Dialect.
The Selection Process for the Specialist Posts in the Concerned Specialty Department will be carried out through Interviews and Document Verification. The Candidates found to be Suitable on fulfilling the Overall Eligibility and Individual performance in Interviews shall be considered Eligible for Contractual Appointments.
