For Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman-

• The candidate should have a Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 2 years of experience as a Mine Foreman after passing a Diploma.

For Mine Mate Gr.-I-

• The candidate should have an SSC Pass.
• The candidate should have Possessing a valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

Experience-

• The candidate should have 3 years of experience as a Mate in a reputed Mining Company.

For Blaster Gr.-II-

• The candidate should have an SSC Pass.
• The candidate should have Blaster’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

Experience-

• The candidate should have 1 year of experience as a Blaster in a Mining organization.

Selection Process for MOIL Recruitment 2023:

The selection of MOIL Recruitment 2023 will be determined on the basis of a computer-based Online Test. The computer-based Online Test is scheduled for 90 minutes (in one sitting) and will consist of Objective Type Questions (MCQ) (100 marks), with general knowledge for 10 points, reasoning for 10 points, and topic knowledge for 80 points. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English. Candidates are required to appear in the Computer Based Online Test at their own expense.
