• The number of years of experience and nature of experience of the officer in the specific area as per requirement will be taken into consideration.
• The officer should have good communication skills.
• Candidates should have overall, an officer with a good mix of all of the above shall be preferred for selection.

For SG Officer – 

• The candidates will be paid a monthly pay scale of GM level Rs.123100- Rs.215900 (CDA) (Pay matrix level 13).

For JAG Officer – 

• The candidates will be paid a monthly pay scale of AGM level Rs.78800- Rs.209200 (CDA) (Pay matrix level 12).

Tenure for IRCON Recruitment 2023: 

Referring to the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2023, the applicants will be chosen and hired for a 03-year term that can be extended for a total of 05 years from the date of appointment.
