Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification No. 2422 dated 13th June 2018 :Below is the official notification of MCA notifying section 22, 24, 25, 26 and 71 ofCompanies (Amendment) Act, 2017 with effect from13th June, 2018

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th June, 2018

S.O. 2422(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th June, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :

Sl.No.Sections
1.Section 22;
2.Section 24;
3.Section 25;
4.Section 26; and
5.Section 71.
