Subject: Unresolved issues and approaching due date for filing of e-Form INC-22A (ACTIVE)- Reg
This has reference to the provisions of company (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019 introducing the initiative to Tag Identities and Verify Active Companies through an e-Form ACTIVE (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) on or before 25.04.2019 and the representation with your goodself regarding the practical difficulties being faced by the stakeholders.
While every attempt has been made for smoothening the path leading towards success of this initiative, yet requests from companies/ professionals are being received for extension of last date for filing of the said from on account of certain unresolved issues.
We wish to bring to your kind notice that the ICSI has apprised the practical difficulties being faced by the stockholders for your kind consideration vide letter dated April 08, 2019 namely, the Auditors details are not getting prefilled in certain cases; compliance by dormant companies; companies in management disputes and issues faced by corporates having different financial year. consequent to such difficulties, the companies are finding it difficult to undertake necessary compliance of filing the form by due date.
In the light of the same, it had been requested that appropriate arrangements or amendments in the form may please be made well in advance or sufficient time may be provided after removal of these difficulties, to enable the companies to file the form before the due date.
Considering the above fact, you are kindly requested to consider for necessary resolution at the earliest we shall be happy to provide any further information or clarification that may be desired in this regard by your good office
