AIC Recruitment 2023: Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AIC) has sought Online Applications from Young Candidates Eligible for Recruitment in Management Trainee (Actuarial) Posts. As notified in the AIC Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 10 Vacancies to be filled up with the Appointment of Suitable Candidates on a Consolidated Monthly Remuneration of Rs.60000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand) only.

Based on the AIC Recruitment 2023 Notification in respect of the AIC Management Trainee (Actuarial) Post the Eligible Candidates with Willingness may complete the Online Application Process. The Last Date for the Intending Candidates with Eligibility is slated to terminate on 6th March 2023 (06.03.2023).

According to the AIC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Intending Candidates with Eligibility may complete the Online Registration Process up to the Presumably Last Date 06.03.2023.

As has been notified in the AIC Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 10 Vacancies to be filled up with the Appointment of Suitable Candidates for AIC Management Trainee (Actuarial).

Vacancy: 10 Nos.

Monthly Remuneration fot AIC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the AIC Recruitment 2023 Notification issued, the Candidates appointed as Management Trainees (Actuarial) shall be entitled to the Monthly Remuneration as follows:

Monthly Emolument: Rs.60000 (Consolidated) Per Month

The Selected Candidates would be paid a Fixed Monthly Remuneration hereinabove during 01-Year’s Training Period.

On Absorption, as Administrative Officer (Scale I Officer), the Emoluments will be fixed in the Pay Scale Rs.50925-2500(14)-85,925-2710(4)-96765 Plus such other Increments/ Allowances like DA, HRA, CCA, etc., as may be admissible under the Rules, in force, from time to time and subject to Revision of the Pay Scales, if any. The Total Emoluments will be approximately Rs 84000 Per Month in ‘A’ Class City Plus other Benefits,
which are New Pension Scheme, Special Allowance for passing Actuarial Examination, Gratuity, LTC, Medical Lumpsum, Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Vehicle Loan, Meal Coupon, Cost of Brief-Case/Leather Bags, Mobile Handset, Newspaper, Mobile Expenses, etc. as per the Rules.

Age Limits for AIC Recruitment 2023:

As per the AIC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the General Category as on 01.02.2023 should be aged as follows:

Minimum: 21 Years AND Maximum: 30 Years

Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per Rules prescribed in the AIC Recruitment 2023 Notification.

Eligibility for AIC Recruitment 2023:

The Eligible Candidates should have passed/have been exempted from Minimum 09 Core Technical (CT) Papers (as per Old Curriculum) or 7 Core Principle Papers (as per 2019 Curriculum) conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFA), UK and

Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation from any Accredited University/Institution/Board recognized by Government of India/approved by the Government Regulatory Bodies with Minimum 60% for Un-Reserved Category Candidates and 55% Marks for SCs/STs.

Selection Process for AIC Recruitment 2023:

Selection on AIC Management Trainee (Actuarial) shall be carried out through I) a Written Examination and/or II) Interview. AIC constituted Selection Committee shall take a decision on conducting the Selection Process by taking into consideration the number of applications received from the Candidates.

Written Examination: In case of the Written Examination being conducted for Shortlisting of candidates, the Written Examination comprising 02 Test Sections, will have I) Professional Knowledge Test Questions with 80% Weightage and II) Aptitude Questions with 20% Weightage.

The Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained in the Written Examination are 60% for General, Other Backward Class & Economically Weaker Section; and 55% Marks in the case of SCs/STs.

Interview: The Candidates shortlisted in the Written Test with the Minimum Qualifying Marks would be called in to participate in the Interview.

Post-Selection of the Candidate: Final Selection of Candidates, who qualify the Personal Interview, shall be subjected to Medical Examination.

Application Processing Fee for AIC Recruitment 2023:

The Application Processing Fee to be remitted by the is as follows:

I) General Merit Candidates: Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred) only

II) EWS/OBC/EBC/and All other Categories other than SCs/STs/PwBDs: Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred) only

III) SCs/STs/PwBDs: Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred) only.

The Transaction Charges, if applicable, is to be borne by the Candidate.

The Application Fee should be remitted preferably through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)/ Immediate Payment Service (IMPS).
