AIIMS Recruitment 2023: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Gorakhpur is seeking qualified candidates for the engagement of faculty (Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor) posts. As per the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023, the hiring will be made for 73 vacancies in various departments at AIIMS Gorakhpur on a Direct Recruitment/ Contract Basis and for retired faculty on a contract basis under SRETA in various department-2023-24. The minimum age for the Professor/Additional Professor post is 58 years, while the age limit for the Associate Professor/Assistant Professor position is 50 years.
As per the official notification of AIIMS Recruitment 2023, candidates will be appointed for a period of 02 years, which may be extended based on the performance and need of the contract. The candidate will get monthly remuneration between Rs.1,42,506 to Rs.2,20,000 with other allowances as per standard norms. Eligible and interested aspirants should submit their duly filled-out application through offline mode along with other relevant documents and send it to the address given below before the last date. The deadline for submitting hard copies of application forms to the AIIMS Recruitment Cell in Gorakhpur is the 30th day after the notification is issued. The candidate’s interview performance will be considered to determine their appointment. Professor
Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification, such as an MD/MS, or a recognised qualification comparable in the particular discipline/subject. He/she must have fourteen years of teaching and/or research experience in the topic of speciality after receiving the qualifying degree of M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto.
Additional Professor
Candidates must have eight years of teaching and/or research experience at a recognised institution in the topic of speciality after receiving the qualifying degree of D.M./ M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognised course after MBBS).
Associate Professor
Candidates must have four years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognised institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M. Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognised course after MBBS) or a qualification recognised equivalent thereto.
Assistant Professor
Candidates must have one year of teaching and/or research experience in the topic of speciality after receiving the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognised course after MBBS) or a qualification recognised equivalent thereto. No experience is required for individuals with a three-year recognised D.M/M.Ch. or comparable degree.
