Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023: The Office of the Director General, Assam Rifles, Shillong has invited Online Applications from the Man and Woman Gender Candidates Eligible for Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesmen Recruitment Rally 2023 for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Posts. According to the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 Notification, there 05 Posts; viz., 1) Rifleman, 2) Havildar, 3) Warrant Officer, 4) Naib Subedar and 5) Riflewoman in different Trades. There are 616 Vacancies to be filled up through 02 Stages comprising various Criteria notified in the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 Notification.
Among the Male and Female Candidates Eligible with Interest for various Posts may apply Online. As per the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Online Application Process shall start from 17th February 2023 (17.02.2023). According to the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Last Date for the Interested Male and Female Genders with Eligibility to complete Online Application/Registration Process shall close on 19th March 2023 (19.03.2023).
The Directorate General, Assam Rifles shall conduct on 1st May 2023 Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesmen Recruitment Rally 2023 for beginning the Recruitment Process for various Posts under Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Posts.

Post Names: Rifleman, Havildar, Warrant Officer, Naib Subedar, Riflewoman
Vacancy: 616 Vacancies
Pay Scale and Other Allowances will be Applicable/Admissible as per the Pay Scale applicable to Assam Rifles Personnel.
According to the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023, the General Merit Candidates (as on 01.01.2023) should be aged as follows:
I) Un-Reserved Category Candidates: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 23 Years.
II) Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Communities as per Government Norms.
III) Relaxation for Ex-Service-Men as per Government Rules.
According to the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Minimum Essential Qualifications are as follows:
Educational Qualification: Matriculation/10th Pass/Intermediate/12th Class Pass from the Recognized Board of Education
Desirable: ITI Certificate in the relevant Post-related Trade.
Physical Standard Test Criteria:
Male Gender:
Height: 170 Cm and 165 Cm, 162.5 Cm
Chest: 80 Cm, 78 Cm, 77 Cm and 76 Cm (Un-Expanded) with Expansion of 05 Cm according to the Un-expanded
Female Gender:
Height: 157 Cm and 155 Cm, 152.5 Cm and 147.5 Cm, 150 Cm
Physical Efficiency Test shall consist of 03 Events
Run:
Male: 05 Km to be completed in 24 Minutes
Male: 1.6 Km to be completed in 8.30 Minutes
Female: 800 Meters to be completed in 04 Minutes
Based on the Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 Advertisement the Selection Process consist of 02 Phases comprising Multiple stages explained Point-wise as follows:
01) Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
02) Trade Test (Skill Test)
03) Written Test: 100 Marks
04) Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Review Medical Examination (RME) and Merit List
05) Documentation and Physical Standard Test:

General Merit Candidates should pay the Application Fee as follows:
I) Group ‘B’ Posts (Religious Teacher and Bridge & Road Posts): Rs.200 (Rupees Two Hundred) only
II) Group ‘C’ Post: Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred) only
No Application Fee for Reserved Community and also Ex-Service-Men.
