Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023: Bank of Maharashtra is inviting offline applications from candidates for the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Chief Risk Officer on a contract basis. The selected candidate will be posted in the head office, Pune or any other office as per bank requirements. According to the Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment notification, there are total 03 vacancies for these posts.
Bank of Maharashtra is the leading listed public sector bank with a head office in Pune and more than 2092 branches. The offline application will start from 28.12.2022 and the last date to apply for this Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment notification is 11.01.2023.

Mention below are the post-wise qualification requirement released by Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023:
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)– Candidates applying for the post of CTO under Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 must have a first-class engineering graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute. Candidates with postgraduate degrees in IT/ Computer/IIT-related areas or higher qualifications from a recognized university in relevant areas will be given preference.
Chief Digital Officer (CDO)– Candidates applying for the post of CDO under Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023 must have a first-class engineering graduate or MCA in computer science/ information technology and MBA or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute. Candidates having certificates in Artificial intelligence/ Machine Learning/ Cloud computing/ Digital Banking/ Digital Landing/ Product Management/ Analytics will be given preference.
Chief Risk Officer– The candidate must have a graduate degree with professional certification in financial Risk management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals or the candidate have Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute or a candidate having 2 years of experience as a CRO in the such regulated lender in respect of which there is a regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board Approval can apply for this post. Candidate having Chartered Financial Analyst Charter awarded by CFA Institute or Designated as Chartered Accountant by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or equivalent abroad or candidate designated as a coast and management accountant by the institute of coast and management accountant by the institute of cost accountants of India, or equivalent board.
As per the official notification of Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2023, the post-wise experiences are mentioned below:
Chief Technology Officer- The candidate must have 15 years of experience in the relevant area. Candidate should have experience in Banking-IT related are/Projects involving IT Policy and Planning/ Financial information systems/ Cyber Security Technologies/ Payment Technologies etc. and 5 years at a senior Management Level.
Chief Digital Officer- The candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in the banking and financial sector in which 5 years as leading a team for digital transformation or new initiatives in financial service, business strategy, Marketing data, operation and technology assessment, and roadmap delivery, preparing the strategy for implementation and supervisory oversight on the digitalized process automation in respect of the back office.
Chief Risk Officer- The candidate applying for the post of CRO must have 5 years of experience in corporate credit and Risk management at the level of assistant general manager or above in one or more PSBs or have similar roles and responsibilities in one or more regulated lending entity, candidate must have minimum experience of 1 year in corporate credit or risk management. Candidates who have good understanding of market risk and liquidity management or operational risk with exposure to analytics will be given a preference

Selected candidate will be appointed on contract basis of 3 years which can be further extended for 0ne year at a time. the maximum term of extension is 5 years.
Candidates have to pay Rs. 1180 in which Rs. 1000 is application fees and 180 Rs is GST.
