Age LImit for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit for Project Engineers and Project Officer – I is 32 years as on 01.02.2023, while for Trainee Engineers – I, it is 28 years as of 01.02.2023.

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the terms of engagement and remuneration for the various posts are as follows:

Project Engineer/Officer-I:

• Initially engaged for a period of three years, extendable up to a maximum of four years based on requirements and individual performance.
• Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month in the first year, Rs. 45,000/- per month in the second year, Rs. 50,000/- per month in the third year, and Rs. 55,000/- per month in the fourth year.
• Trainee Engineers who complete their overall tenure of three years with BEL and get selected for the post of Project Engineer will be directly inducted at Project Engineer II and their overall tenure in such cases will be limited to three years only.

Trainee Engineer-I:

• Initially engaged for a period of two years, extendable up to a maximum of three years based on requirements and individual performance.
• Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- per month in the first year, Rs. 35,000/- per month in the second year, and Rs. 40,000/- per month in the third year.

In addition to the above, a consolidated amount of Rs. 12,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like medical insurance and life insurance premiums, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc. This additional amount will be paid in two installments, with the first installment being processed in the first month’s salary after joining and the second installment is paid after the completion of 6 months from the date of joining.

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the qualifications required for the different posts are as follows:

Project Engineer – I: Candidates must have completed BE/ B. Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering (4 years course) from a recognized University / Institution in the relevant disciplines. The minimum percentage of marks required in the qualifying examination (aggregate of all semesters/years) is 55% and above for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates, and Pass Class for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.

Project Officer – I: Candidates must have completed a Full-time MBA, MSW, PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Management / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management from an AIMA-recognized institute/university. The minimum percentage of marks required in the qualifying examination (aggregate of all semesters/years) is 55% and above for UR candidates.

Trainee Engineer – I: Candidates must have completed BE/ B. Tech/ B.Sc. Engineering (4 years course) from a recognized University / Institution in the relevant disciplines. The minimum percentage of marks required in the qualifying examination (aggregate of all semesters/years) is 55% and above for UR, OBC, and EWS candidates, and Pass Class for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.

Application Fee for BEL Recruitment 2023:

As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the application fee for the positions of Project Engineer/Officer-I is Rs. 472/- (Rs. 400/- + 18% GST). However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

The application fee for the position of Trainee Engineer-I is Rs. 177/- (Rs. 150/- + 18% GST). Similarly, candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

The application fee can be remitted through SBI Collect, either online or through an SBI branch. Candidates are advised to read the details and manual provided on the website for making the payment.

Candidates can also make the payment by approaching an SBI branch. They need to select SBI branch in the payment option and download the pre-printed challan generated through SBI Collect. They should then deposit the application fee (as applicable) plus applicable bank charges in any SBI branch. The candidate should ensure to obtain the seal and signature of the bank official.

Candidates are advised to carefully read all instructions and eligibility criteria before remitting the application fee and submitting the Google Form Application. Once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded for any reason.

How to Apply for BEL Recruitment 2023:

To apply for the positions of Project Engineer, Project Officer, and Trainee Engineer, interested candidates need to pre-register online through Google Forms for expressing their willingness to attend the Written Test.

The online link for pre-registration for attending the Written Test will be open from 22.02.2023 to 08.03.2023, and it has been extended till 15.03.2023.

As per BEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates must go through all the instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting the application fee and submitting the Google Form application. The fee once paid will not be refunded for whatever reason.

• Fill in the necessary fields through the online format (Google Forms) in the link provided above or on the website.
• Submit the application form by clicking on the submit button.
• Use the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox browser for filling out the Google Forms successfully.
• Registrations received in any other format will not be considered.
• Upload the candidate’s photograph and date of birth proof (ONLY 10th Class Certificate or Birth Certificate are acceptable).
