BEL Recruitment 2023 Notification Released: Check Vacancies, Remuneration, Age, and Application Process
BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting candidates to fill 23 vacancies for the post of Project Engineer-I on a contract basis for a tenure period of 03 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year based on individual performance. As mentioned in the Official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be posted at Port Blair, Kavarati, Gurgaon, Kochi, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Viazg, and Bangalore. As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, General, EWS, and OBC candidates must pay Rs.472 (application fee Rs.400 plus 18% GST).
As given in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40000 per month for the 1st year and Rs. 45000 for 2nd year, and Rs. 50000 for 3rd year and in the event of an extension of tenure, the remuneration shall be Rs. 55000 for 4th year per month. In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the Project Engineer – I post is 32 years. The relaxable age limit for SC and ST candidates should be 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years and 10 years relaxation for PwBD candidates. As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written test which will be followed by an Interview. Candidates applying for the BEL Recruitment 2023 must have 4 years of full-time BE / B.Tech/B.Sc Engg in the disciplines of Electronics and Communication/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/Communication/ Electronics and Telecommunication. The minimum percentage for General / OBC / EWS candidates is 55% aggregate of all semesters/years and Pass Class for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates.
In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the Project Engineer – I post is 32 years. The relaxable age limit for SC and ST candidates should be 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years and 10 years relaxation for PwBD candidates.

Project Engineer-I (PESSI-2023):
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the field of network maintenance. Preference will be given for experience, in the field of the data center, computer network services, and VSAT maintenance. CCNA, Security Certified professionals.
Project Engineer-I (PESMV-2023 and PESMB-2023):
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of postqualification experience in the field of testing, troubleshooting, and integration of electronic PCBs/ Modules/ Systems.
According to the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates are appointed on a contract basis for a tenure period of 03 years, which may be extended up to a maximum of 01 year based on individual performance.

As per the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written test which would be for 85 marks which will be followed by an Interview based on the vacancies, in a ratio of 1:5. 15 marks will be allotted for the Interview. The qualifying scores in the Written Test and Interview are 35% for General/EWS/OBC and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.
