BEL Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring eligible candidates to fill out the post of Project Engineer I on a temporary basis. There are 04 vacancies for the assigned position. Candidates will be posted in Gujarat and Rajasthan. Selected applicants will get consolidated remuneration of Rs.40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs.45000 per month for the 2nd year, Rs.50000 per month for the 3rd year, and Rs.55000 per month for the 4th year. The lower age limit for the assigned position is 18 years and the upper age limit for the assigned position is 32 years. Candidates should have 4 Years of B.E./ B.Tech. course with passing classes from a reputed Institute/University. Candidates belonging to PwBD, and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee.
In order to apply for BEL Recruitment 2025, the applicant should have at least 02 years of working experience. Candidate should be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 04 years (including the initial period) based on Project requirements and individual performance. Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview of only those candidates who qualify for the written test in the ratio of 1:5 in order of merit. Candidates applying for the BEL Recruitment 2025 must-have should have at least 02 years of working experience.Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered. The decision of the selection committee, with respect to the relevance of experience will be final. Work experience indicated without supporting documents, will not be considered. Experience in IT Infrastructure Projects/ IP Networking / Data Centre Projects / CCTV Projects/ Sensors based IOT Projects / any IP-enabled electronic / Software product installation, configuration, maintenance, or Product Support services is preferred.
As mentioned in the Official notification of BEL Recruitment 2025, candidate should be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years which may be extended upto a maximum of 04 years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance.
In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2025, selected applicants will get consolidated remuneration of Rs.40000 per month for the 1st year, Rs.45000 per month for the 2nd year, Rs.50000 per month for the 3rd year, and Rs.55000 per month for the 4th year.
Candidates who join as Project Engineer- I and complete an overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled to a Retention Bonus of Rs. 25000 for every completed year or such bonus as is prescribed in the rules. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 4 years i.e. Rs. 1,00,000.
