BHEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited applications for the position of Senior Advisor for Rolling Stock Business in the area of Transportation Business for its Industry Sector. The position is for a period of one year, which can be extended by a period of up to one year at a time, or until the completion of the assignment. The maximum tenure is limited to five years or up to 65 years of age. The job profile entails identifying new business opportunities, developing and strengthening systems and processes to improve business in Train Sets, HHP Locos, Metro, Smart Loco & Coaches, Locomotive Overhauling business, etc.
As per BHEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Senior Advisor will be required to liaise with customers, i.e., Indian Railways and other Metro authorities for addressing new opportunities/markets in a time-bound manner. The candidate must have experience of more than 30 years of working with Indian Railways/Metro Railways and have at least five years of experience in Higher Administrative Grade (Level 15 or above) with exposure to Rolling stocks for Indian Railways or Metro segment.
As per BHEL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidate should be less than 64 years of age and must possess an AMIE/ BSc. Engg / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline. Any higher technical qualification, if any, would be preferable. The Senior Advisor will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 1,25,000/- per month, and HRA/ Company accommodation, reimbursement of monthly mobile phone charges, Company transport for official use, etc. shall also be admissible as per company guidelines.
