NPCIL Recruitment 2023: The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has released a detailed advertisement for the recruitment of Executive Trainees for the year 2023 through GATE scores of 2021/2022/2023. NPCIL is inducting Executive Trainees in six different disciplines namely Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Civil. As per NPCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection process for the Executive Trainee post will be based on the GATE scores of the candidates, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.

As per NPCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Executive Trainee position in NPCIL offers an attractive salary package that includes a monthly stipend of Rs. 55,000 during the training period. In addition to the stipend, the trainees are entitled to a one-time book allowance of Rs. 18,000. The mandatory lodging and boarding will be provided by NPCIL, which means that the trainees will not have to worry about accommodation during the training period.
After the successful completion of the training, the Executive Trainee will be appointed as a Scientific Officer/C in Group ‘A’. The pay scale for this position is at Pay Level 10 in the Pay Matrix, with a pay of Rs. 56,100/-. The Dearness Allowance (DA) is calculated at 42% of the Pay in the Pay Matrix as of 01.01.2023. The DA is based on the rates notified by the Government of India from time to time. Apart from the salary, the appointed Scientific Officer/C will be entitled to other allowances, incentives, and facilities as per the rules applicable at the place of posting.
As per NPCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the eligibility criteria for the post of Executive Trainee at NPCIL includes a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in BE/B Tech/B Sc (Engineering)/5-year integrated M Tech in one of the six engineering disciplines mentioned in the advertisement.
