BIG GST Update! Now Pay Your Taxes Instantly via UPI & Cards in Bihar and Nagaland
The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has made GST payments easier by enhancing its facility to pay using UPI (Unified Payment Interface) and Debit or Credit Cards. This option is now available in Bihar and Nagaland, along with the other 24 states/UTs.
As of now, there are 26 states that can make GST payments using UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm or through Debit and Credit Cards powered by Rupay, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners. Taxpayers can use Axis Bank, Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Union Bank, Bandhan Bank, ICICI Bank, Indian Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank, Karnataka Bank, Karur Vysya Bank and South Indian Bank.
