Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs has taken remarkable steps to reduce dwell time and ensure faster Import Clearance.

Steps taken to reduce dwell time and ensure faster Import Clearance:

1. Clearance without customs intervention being enhanced to cover 90% of the shipments.

2. Direct Port delivery being revamped to cover 90% of containers.
