Central Bank Recruitment 2023: Central Bank of India is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Director, Office Assistant and Faculty at Shahdol center on a contract basis. As per the Central Bank Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 years. The maximum age limit for applying for this job post is 65 years.
As per the Central Bank Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidates shall be paid an amount equivalent to the last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25000 per month and the selected candidate for the post of faculty will get a monthly salary of Rs. 20000. Mention below is the qualification required for Central Bank Recruitment 2023:
Director
Candidates should be a Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized University. Candidates having Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.
Faculty
Candidates should be a Post Graduate degree viz. MSW/MA in rural development/MA in Sociology /Psychology/BSc(Agri.) / BA with B.E.d Shall have a flair for teaching with Computer Knowledge. Candidates having Retd. Bank officials with experience as officers and candidates with experience of working as Faculty, Rural Development with qualifications stated above will gate preference.
Office Assistant
Candidate shall be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge. Candidates having Knowledge in basic accounts & book keeping will be given preference.
Mention below is the experience required for Central Bank Recruitment 2023:
Director
Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with a minimum of 20 years of service, at least 15 years in Officer Cadre. He should have worked as Branch Manager on any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years. He should have an unblemished record and possess a satisfactory service certificate from his previous employer. Should be well conversant with the local language. Candidates should have retired from Scale-III or above for RSETIs, Candidate should be residents of the same State, preferably the same or nearby district.
Faculty
Candidate should be well conversant with the local language. Candidates should be residents of the same State preferably the same or a nearby district.
Office Assistant
Candidate should be well conversant with the local language. Candidates should be residents of the same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI center.
The maximum age limit for applying this job post is 65 years with good sound health. candidates above the age of 65 are not eligible to apply for the job post mentioned above. Candidates applying for the post of Office Assistant should be below the age of 35 years.
As per the Central Bank Recruitment 2023 notification, the selected candidates shall be paid an amount equivalent to the last pay & allowances drawn less the initial amount of Pension fixed before commutation plus relief etc. payable thereon or Rs. 25000 per month whichever is lower Further a lump sum amount of Rs. 5000 per month shall be paid towards Mobile, Conveyance, etc. However, the condition of “Last Pay & Allowance drawn by the Officer less the initial amount of pension fixed before commutation plus relief, etc.” will be applicable only to the pension co-opted retired bank official of a Nationalized Bank and in case of non-pensioner, the candidate will be eligible only for Rs. 25000 per month together with lump sum amount of Rs. 5000 towards Mobile, Conveyance, etc. Please note that no other benefits or charges shall accrue or be payable. Selected candidates for the post of faculty will get a monthly salary of Rs. 20000.
Selected candidates for the above-mentioned job post will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year.
Candidates for the above-mentioned posts will be selected through a personal interview.
