HURL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Ltd. (HURL) are inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Chief Manager and Manager in various departments. A total of 10 vacancies are open for the mentioned posts. The age limit is very for all departments. As per the official notification, selected candidates will get an Annual emolument of up to Rs.27.5 lakh. The time period of engagement is 01 year.
According to the official notification of HURL recruitment 2023, Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview and physical fitness. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for medical examination. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the Naukari. com portal. As per the official notification of HURL recruitment 2023, there are a total number of 10 vacancies open for the post of Chief Manager and Manager in various departments. The 05 vacancies are reserved for the post of Chief Manager and the rest of 05 vacancies are reserved for the post of Manager.
In accordance with HURL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-
The maximum age limit for the post of Chief Manager is 45 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Manager is 40 years.
The maximum age limit for the post of Manager for the Urea Product Handling department is 50 years.
As per the given notification of HURL recruitment 2023, candidates have must qualifications and experience required as given below-
1. For Offsites and utilities Department
Engineering Graduate in Chemical / Mechanical discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
2. For the Safety Department
Engineering Graduate in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Environmental Engineering/Fire & Safety/ Fire discipline with minimum 60% marks with Diploma in Industrial Safety from CLI/ RLI.
3. For Urea Department
Engineering Graduate in Chemical discipline with minimum 60% marks.
4. For the Ammonia Department
Engineering Graduate in Chemical discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
5. For Finance Department
Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) or Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks. (Candidates with dual specialization or General MBA shall not be eligible to apply).
6. For Environment & Quality control Department
Master of Science (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to Ph.D. in related disciplines.
7. For Urea Product Handling Department
Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical discipline or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with a minimum of 60% marks.
As per the official notification of HURL recruitment 2023, the Annual CTC is given below:
Selected candidates for the post of Chief Manager will get an Annual CTC of Rs.27.5 Lakh.
Selected candidates for the post of Manager will get an Annual CTC of Rs. 19 Lakh.
According to the official notification of HURL recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews and physical fitness. The interview will be held online mode via Video conferencing. Shortlisted candidates will be subject to their being found medically fit in the Medical Examination.
