CGST Gurugram Issues Rs 148.33 Crore Demand Notice to Redington Limited Redington Limited, a major global distributor of technology products and a provider of integrated supply chain, cloud, and digital solutions, received a demand order of Rs 148.33 crore including interest and penalty for Financial Years 2018-19, 2019-2020, and 2021-2022 by the Additional Commissioner, CGST Gurugram Commissionerate, Gurugram.

This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Regulations"). Through which, the Redington Limited informed about the receipt of demand order on December 30, 2025. The company added that the tax department has passed an order disallowing the of Input Tax Credit (ITC) during the said financial years under section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017/Haryana Goods and the Services Tax Act, 2017.
