ICICI Prudential Life Receives Rs. 11.24 Crore GST Demand Order for FY 2022 The ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, one of India's leading private life insurance providers, received a demand order of Rs 112,372,237 including GST, interest and penalty for Financial Year 2022 by the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Mumbai, Maharashtra. This disclosure was made by ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited under Regulation 30 and Regulation 51 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations). Through which, the company was informed about the receipt of the demand order on December 23, 2025.
UltraTech Cement Receives Rs. 390.95 Crore GST Demand Order from Tax Authority
The company further added that the demand order of Rs 112,372,237  including Rs. 56,552,798 as GST, Rs. 50,164,159 as interest and Rs. 5,655,280 as penalty was issued for reversal of input tax credit as per GST Law. Company added that it is currently reviewing the order and considering to file an appeal before appropriate authority.
