Coal Indian Recruitment 2023: South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) is a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, a government undertaking engaged in coal mining activities in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. SECL is a “Mini Ratna” company and plays a vital role in meeting India’s energy needs. The company has recently released an employment notification inviting applications from Indian nationals for various vacancies. SECL is looking for candidates who fulfill the requisite qualifications for the available positions. The positions are open for both fresher and experienced candidates. As per Coal India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification salary given to selected candidates is Rs. 31852.56 Basic Pay per month (As per 10th wage agreement)
As per Coal India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, candidates applying for the vacancies should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 30 years of age in case of UR and EWS as on 30.01.2023.
For OBC (NCL) category candidates, the maximum age limit is 33 years, and for SC/ST category candidates, it is 35 years as on 30.01.2023. However, for the post of Dy. Surveyor, the age limit is relaxed for Persons with Disabilities candidates. They must not be more than 40 years of age in case of UR and 43 years in case of OBC-NCL candidates and 45 years for SC/ST candidates as on 30.01.2023.
It is important to note that the cut-off date for determining the age limit criteria is 30.01.2023, i.e., the date of the employment notice. So, applicants need to ensure that they fulfill the age limit criteria as on this date.
Applicants who do not meet the age limit criteria as specified in the notification are not eligible to apply for the vacancies. Therefore, interested candidates should carefully go through the age limit criteria mentioned in the notification and only apply if they fulfill the same.
As per Coal Recruitment 2023 Official Notification applicants belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1180. Candidates must submit the online application form and download the filled-in form before depositing the application fees through NEFT/Fund Transfer as per the bank details provided in the form. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwD-BD/Women/Employees of Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries are exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates are advised to verify their eligibility conditions before applying.
As per Coal India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification candidates for the above-mentioned posts will be selected based on a written test, which will be conducted based on the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) pattern.
Successful shortlisted candidates in the order of the total marks scored in the written test will be notified to appear for scrutiny of their testimonials through the website of SECL. The candidates must produce all original certificates/documents and photocopies thereof as per the eligibility criteria notified in the advertisement for scrutiny.
Note:
The candidates who are working in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/CIL & Subsidiaries must produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of document/certificate verification. The SC/ST candidates appearing in the written examination will be reimbursed the traveling fare (to & fro) as per the rule.
As per Coal India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the SECL website, will remain open for online applications from February 3, 2023 (10:00 AM) to February 23, 2023 (11:59 PM). Incomplete application forms will not be entertained, and no print-out of the application will be received after March 7, 2023 (5:00 PM). The last date for depositing the payment of the application fees is February 24, 2023.
