Oil India Recruitment 2023: Oil India Limited (OIL) is a leading Indian public sector enterprise that primarily operates in the upstream sector of the oil and gas industry. In its latest recruitment notification, the company has invited applications from retired officers having a minimum of 30 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, particularly in Departments handling Environment, Forest, and Wildlife Management issues, for engagement as Domain Experts (Environment & Statutory Clearance) on a call basis.
As per Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the engagement is intended for specialized assignments and the period of empanelment will be for two years. The desired expertise and skill sets include adequate knowledge of mandatory and statutory legislations, expertise in handling bottlenecks in executing upstream hydrocarbon projects, sound knowledge of forest land acquisition and permissions, and thorough knowledge of safety norms and practices prevalent in the upstream hydrocarbon industry. As per Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the period of empanelment is two years, and the age limit for the position is 63 years as of 1st March 2023.

1. Director (One level below Board-EDs)
2. Two levels below Board CGM/GGMs Professor or equivalent)
3. Three levels below Board GMs Associate Professors or equivalent
4. Four levels below Board DGMs Assistant professor or equivalent
As per Oil India Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the honorarium that will be provided to the Domain Expert on-call duty is as under:
Travel, local conveyance, board & lodging will be arranged by the Company as per entitlements of regular executives of their status on OIL. No expenditure on residential office and communication facilities will be borne by OIL.
