CRIS Recruitment 2023: The Centre for Railway Information Systems, an organization of the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has announced a vacancy for the post of Senior Accounts Officer/Manager (Finance). The position is available in New Delhi and is open for deputation for a duration of five years on the usual terms and conditions of deputation. As per CRIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, the scale of pay for the position is Level II/12, as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, and the officer will receive pay and allowances as per the railways, along with a deputation (duty) allowance. The officer must be a railway officer currently working as AFA/ADFM or Sr. A-FA/DFM/Dy. FA&CAO in level 10/11/12 as per 7th CPC with a minimum of two years of experience in finance establishment, payroll, income tax, etc. The officer should also be familiar with functioning in a computerized environment.
The eligibility criteria also include age, retention of railway accommodation during deputation tenure in CRIS, and perks and benefits such as leasing of private accommodation at the rates admissible to railway officers, CRIS medical facility for the officer and their dependent family members, and transportation as per the central government rules. The closing date for the application is 30 days from the date of issue. As per CRIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, the applications of eligible officers working in zonal railways/PUs will be forwarded to CRIS with the approval of the competent authority in the Ministry of Railways, and only those officers will be considered whose applications are forwarded by the Ministry of Railways. As per CRIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, the vacancy of Senior Accounts Officer/Manager (Finance) in New Delhi is open for eligible railway officers who are working as AFA/ADFM or Sr.A-FA/DFM/Dy. FA&CAO in level 10/11/12 as per the 7th CPC pay matrix.
The officers must have a minimum of two years of experience in relevant grade(s) with expertise in working in Finance Establishment, Payroll, Income Tax, etc. The applicant must also be well-versed with the functioning of a computerized environment.
Officers working in a substantive grade of levels 10 and 11 with a minimum of two years of service in relevant grade(s) will be considered for levels 11 and 12, respectively. If an officer is already working in level 12, they will be considered for pay plus deputation (duty) allowance.
As per CRIS Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Senior Accounts Officer/Manager (Finance) selected for the deputation role will be entitled to draw a pay which would have been admissible to him/her from time to time on the Railways. Additionally, the officer will also receive a deputation (duty) allowance. The scale of pay for this post is Level 11/12 (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix).
It is important to note that officers working in substantive grades of level 10 and 11 with a minimum of two years of service in relevant grades will be considered for Level 11 and Level 12, respectively. Officers working in Level 12 will also be considered for pay plus deputation (duty) allowance.
