According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled On Deputation Basis for Posting in Noida (under Meerut Unit) and Corporate Office of Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd.

Posts Names:

01) Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil): 01 Vacancy

02) Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Civil): 01 Vacancy

Appointment Terms: Deputation Basis for 03 Years {Engagement Span for the Posts Initially will be 03 Years and subsequently Extendable up to 05 Years subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE)}

Posting Locations: DFCCIL’s Noida under Meerut Unit and Corporate Office.

Pay Scale under DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Based on DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Officers issued Appointments on the notified 02 Posts; viz., 01) Deputy Chief Project Manager/ Project Manager (Civil) AND 02) Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Dy General Manager (Civil) with entitlement to the Pay Scale mentioned hereunder:

Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per the DFCCIL Policy).

Maximum Age Limit for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Maximum Age Limit in respect of the Candidates for the Posts is as follows:

The Officer should not exceed 55 Years, the Maximum Age as on the Closing Date of the Vacancy Notice).

Eligibility for DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

Service: IRSE/Officers of Engineering Department of Indian Railways, Officers under Central Government/ Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPUs), etc.

Specific Requirements:

A) Deputy Chief Project Manager/Additional General Manager (Civil) Post:

The Officers under the Central Government/State Government

I) working in Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline/Selection Grade (Level-13) with Minimum 12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline or in Rs.90000-240000 (IDA) (E6) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.

B) Deputy General Manager/Joint General Manager (Civil) Post:

The Officers under the Central Government/State Government working in Analogous Substantive Grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level 12) with 08-12 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the Relevant Discipline or Public Sector Undertaking Employees working in Analogous Grade in Relevant Discipline or in Rs.80000-220000 (IDA) (E5) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.

C) Project Manager/Deputy General Manager (Civil) Post:

The Officers under the Central Government/State Government working in Senior Scale (Level-11) Posts/Central Government/State Government Officers with 10 Years’ Service in Group ‘B’ and holding Cadre Posts in Analogous Grade in Relevant Discipline or in Rs.70000-200000 (IDA) (E4) with 04-Years’ Service in the Grade.

Selection Process under DFCCIL Recruitment 2023:

As has been explained in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, Selection on to the Notified Deputy Chief Project Manager/Project Manager (Civil) and Additional General Manager/Joint General Manager/Deputy General Manager (Civil) Posts shall be carried through by Viva-voce/Personal Interview. The Candidates, post-Selection would be issued Appointment on Deputation Basis.

The Deputation Tenure initially shall span 03-Years, which will be extended up to 05 Years [subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of immediate Absorption].
