According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, the Professional shall be appointed as Junior Manager (Administration) with entitlement to the Pay Scale mentioned hereunder:
Pay Scale: Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowance
Maximum Age: Not to exceed 55 Years
Based on the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Applicant should not exceed 55 Years, which is the Maximum Age as on the Closing Date of the Vacancy Notice)
Post-specific Requirements: Junior Manager (Administration): Central Government/State Government Employees serving in in the Analogous Grade (Level-8) in the relevant Discipline; Or
i) holding substantive Posts in (Level-7); Or
ii) Public Sector Undertaking Employees rendering services in the Analogous Grade (E2) in the relevant Discipline or working in the Pay Scale or Rs.40000 to Rs.140000 (IDA) (E1); with
iii) 04 Years’ Service in Analogous/Similar Grade.
As has been explained in the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, selection on Junior Manager (Administration) Post shall be carried out through Viva-voce/Personal Interview.
Post-Selection, the Persons would be issued Appointment on a Deputation Basis. The Deputation Period shall be initially 03-Years, which will be subsequently extended up to 05 Years [subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of immediate Absorption].
