DRDO Recruitment 2022: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) invites applications from retired officials from the Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies with significant experience in the operation of Central Government Ministries/Departments for engagement as Consultants on a short-term contract basis. Interested candidates should review the job description and apply using the link provided in the official notification. Intrested candidates possessing experience working with DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/appointment. The cutoff date for receipt of the application is 21 days from the publication of the Advertisement.
Candidates are requested to apply for the job post before the deadline. No application shall be entertained after the stipulated time/ date. Incomplete applications and applications received after the specified time/ date shall be REJECTED. 1. Officers/Officials as per TOR of relevant Post Code above and who have retired(in respective Pay Level) from Central/State Govt., PSUs, Autonomous bodies, Govt. R&D Organization possessing practical knowledge and experience in the field for which he/she is applying.
2. Persons possessing experience having worked with DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/appointment.
3. He/She should have effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for an in-depth examination of his/her areas of work.
The maximum age limit for all categories of retired employees for applying will be 63 years as of the closing date of application.
Remuneration and conveyance allowance for Non-Pensioners: Maximum consolidated monthly remuneration and conveyance allowance shall be as under:

NOTE: No retired Government Servant shall be eligible for appointment as a consultant unless there is a gap of fifteen (15) days between his/her retirement and appointment as a consultant.
