Delhi Transport Commission (DTC) has opened 21 seats in DTC Recruitment 2023 for the post of Sr. Manager (Mech) and Sr. Manager (Tr.).

Age Limit for DTC Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of DTC Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 45 years to apply for the post of Sr. Manager (Mech) and the maximum age limit is 40 years to apply for the post of Sr. Manager (Tr.).

Qualification for DTC Recruitment 2023:

The required qualification for applying to DTC Recruitment 2023 is given below-

For Sr. Manager (Mech.)-

• Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Candidate should have five years of experience in repairs and maintenance of Heavy-duty automotive diesel vehicles in a responsible supervisory capacity in a large workshop.
• Candidates should have an Adequate knowledge of the latest production techniques and quality control.
• Candidate should have a capacity for administrative work and for handling civilian labor.

Desirable-

• Candidate should have a knowledge of Cost Accounting.

For Sr. Manager (Tr.)-

• Candidates should have a Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a responsible supervisory capacity in the Traffic Department of a big Road Corporation preferably a City Transport Corporation.

Desirable-

• Candidate should have a knowledge of Planning of routes, framing of schedules and other allied matters.

Salary for DTC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DTC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary of Rs.93426.

Tenure for DTC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DTC Recruitment 2023, the engagement is made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 01 year but renewable on a year-to-year basis after a one-day break in service depending on the performance of the Contract Officers during the contract time and the corporation’s needs.

Selection Process for DTC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DTC Recruitment 2023, the DTC reserves the authority to finalize the selection criteria for future Contractual Officer selection. DTC’s decision about eligibility or otherwise will be final.
