Executive – Talent Acquisition Vacancy at Dream Sports

Overview:

Dream Sports is hiring an experienced Executive – Talent Acquisition at their Mumbai location. You will be collaborating with HODs to understand different job functions and their hiring requirements to help scale FanCode.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring (both for tech and non-tech functions) from requirement gathering to end to end new joinee on-boarding
• Work on projects, new ideas/strategies for hiring that contribute to our long term growth (eg: Referral Program, Optimizing our current Hiring Process, Onboarding, etc)
• Drive Employee Engagement activities
• Work on FanCode’s Employer Branding initiatives along with the Communications team, which includes but is not limited to; FanCode’s Glassdoor ratings, LinkedIn Jobs/Pages, Career Site
• You are self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn new things in the tech startup world

Must Haves:

• 2-4 years of work experience in end to end Hiring and Onboarding
• Expertise of hiring via various channels (LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc)
• Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System (Lever/Greenhouse/Recrutierbox)
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Good to have:

• Love sports
• Previous experience of working in a tech/product startup
