Exemption from Filing Return for FY 23-24 The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified that Small Businesses are exempted from Filing Annual Return Form GSTR-9. It has been decided that, just like previous Financial Years, a Registered person whose aggregate turnover is up to Rs.2 Crore has been exempted from filing an annual return in Form GSTR-9 for the Financial Year 2023-24.
Breaking: Due Date Extended Permanently
This was decided in the 53rd GST Council meeting held on 22nd June 2024 and CBIC notified the same via Notification No. 14/2024-Central Tax dated 10.07.2024. For Official Notification Download the PDF Given Below:
