Myntra is hiring an experienced Senior Manager- REW at their Kolkata, location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• A Senior manager responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a building/ Warehouse and having a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: –
• Oversee all aspects of facility management, including planning, budgeting, purchasing, staffing, developing a long-term plan for self and team.
• Conducting research to identify new technologies that could improve efficiency or reduce costs in facilities management
• Developing, implementing and overseeing policies and procedures for effective facility management
• Developing a strategic plan to address current issues in facilities management, including repair and maintenance of Warehouse equipment.
  Coordinating with Operation stakeholders, contractors and other consultants to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance, repair, and cleaning services
• Establishing and enforcing safety protocols in the Facility to ensure employee health and well-being.
• Ensuring that facility is properly maintained by hiring and supervising contractors, engineers, and other staff members
• Monitoring compliance as per guidelines and regulations regarding building safety and fire prevention.

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Senior facility managers are typically required to have at least a bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Diploma in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field. Have at least 10+ years of experience in the industry.
