HPSC Recruitment 2023: Haryana Public Service (HPSC) has called in Applications from the Candidates duly Eligible for Recruitment to the Assistant Scientist (Soils) Group-B in Haryana Space Applications Center (HaRSAC), Hisar under the Citizen Resources Information Department (CRID) Haryana. There is 01 Vacancy to be filled up by Appointment in the Assistant Scientist (Soils) Group ‘B’ in the Position in Haryana Space Applications Centre has been earmarked for the Un-Reserved Category Candidate as may be read in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 notification.
As per the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Last Date for the Eligible and Keen Candidate to complete the Online Registration with the Application Process shall terminate on 5th February 2023 (05.02.2023).
Post: Assistant Scientist (Soils) Group-B
Pay Scale Level-9 Corresponding to Pay Band-2 Rs 9300-34800, Grade Pay Rs. 5400.
The Candidates, post Selection to Assistant Scientist (Soils) Group ‘B’ would be entitled to the Pay Scale Level 09.
i) The Un-Reserved Category Candidate (As on 05.02.2023) should be Minimum 18 Years and must not (Maximum) exceed 40 Years.
ii) Relaxation to the Reserved Community Candidates including Un-Reserved Category Candidates and those under Reserved Community as per the Rule.
Persons who have already worked or as currently working on Ad hoc/Contract/Work-charged/Daily Wages basis in any Department/Board/ Corporation under the Haryana Government including the Government-aided Institutions under Haryana Government.
No Objection Certificate (in the case of those having executed the Service Bond) issued by the Haryana State Government, Experience Certificates, and (in case of the Candidates claiming the Benefit of Age-relaxations) the Proof of having worked on Ad-hoc/Contract/Work-charged/ Daily Wages Basis in any Department/ Board/ Corporation under the Haryana Government.
According to the HPSC Recruitment 2023, the Eligible Candidates should have the Educational and Desirable Qualifications explained hereunder:
Essential Educational Qualifications:
i) M.Sc. (Agriculture) in 1st Class or Equivalent in Social Science.
ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard as one of Subjects in Higher Education.
Desirable: Post-Graduate Diploma/Degree in Remote Sensing/Geographic Information System (GIS) from any Accredited University/Institute.
Experience: 1 year of Experience in the Application of Remote Sensing/GIS in Soils.
The HPSC Recruitment 2023 explains the Selection Criteria for the Assistant Scientist (Soils) Group ‘B’ in Haryana Space Applications Centre as hereunder:
In the event of a number of Applications received from the Candidates in large number, the Commission will adopt Shortlisting Criteria for restricting the number of Candidates to be called in for Interviews to a reasonable number by any or more of the following Recruitment Methodologies:
I) Based on the Candidate’s Percentage of Marks in the Minimum Educational Qualification prescribed in the HPSC Recruitment notification.
II) On the basis of the Candidates’ Percentage of Marks in different Educational Qualifications, with due Weightage as decided by the Commission.
III) On the basis of Desirable Qualifications or any one or all of the Desirable Qualifications in the event more than one Desirable Qualification is prescribed.
IV) Based on Higher Educational Qualifications than the Minimum/Essential Qualification.
V) On the basis of Higher Experience in the relevant field than the Minimum Prescribed in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification.
VI) By counting Experience before or post-acquired Minimum/ Essential Qualifications
VII) By holding a Recruitment Test.
