ICAI Released Format for Appointment of Authorised Representative for Counting Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI] has released Format for Appointment of Authorised Representative who is entitled to be present at the Counting Venue. A candidate or his authorized representative is also entitled to be present at the Counting Venue of other regional constituency. A separate authority letter will be required for authorized representatives for every venue wherever deputed. However, only authorized representatives or candidate can be present at any given time. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Regional Council Elections and Central Council Elections held on 3rd & 4th Dec 2021. Result of the Elections will be announced soon after counting will be over. Format for Appointment of Authorised Representative for Counting I am a candidate for election to the Central Council/__________ India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from ____________ India Regional Constituency. In terms of rule 34 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, read with sub-regulation (10) of regulation 134 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, I hereby appoint CA _________________________________ bearing ICAI membership number _______________ as my authorized representative to be present at the Counting Venue set up at ________________.
