ICAI Seeking suggestions on Draft Form GSTR– 3B released by CBIC
A proposal of comprehensive changes in FORM GSTR-3B was deliberated by the GST Council in its 47th meeting held at Chandigarh on 28th and 29th June 2022. The Council recommended that the said proposal may be placed in the public domain for seeking input and suggestions of the stakeholders.
As a result, the general public and industry are hereby informed that a complete Concept Paper on Modifications to Form GSTR-3B is enclosed.
All members of the trade/ stakeholders are requested to kindly furnish their views/comments/suggestions on the Concept Paper latest by 15th September 2022 at gstpolicywing-cbic@gov.in so as to facilitate finalization of the matter.
The GST & Indirect Taxes Committee of ICAI has developed a form for compiling suggestions on Draft Form GSTR-3B and instruction thereto. The suggestions so compiled would be discussed and thereafter shall be submitted to the CBIC for due consideration. Accordingly, we request you to share your suggestions latest by 25th August, 2022 at the following link:
