As per the IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is only 01 vacancy. The selected candidate will be posted in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years which can be extended up to 05 years. The selected candidate will get a Consolidated compensation (CTC) depending on experience, seniority level, and annual performance assessment. The chosen candidate will be granted 12 days of casual leave (CL). The appointed person will be granted 15 days of leave in addition to CL. However, proportionate CL and other leaves must be issued pro rata if the contractual period begins in the middle of a calendar year. If there are any unused leaves, they cannot be carried over or redeemed. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. Only those candidates who excel in the personal interview and rank high enough on the merit list will be considered for further consideration.
