The IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice has occurred with 01 Vacancy to be filled with Appointment on Chief General Manager (E8 Level) on Deputation Basis to be filled up under Pay Scale Level 14/13. Specific Requirements:
Service: Officers of Group ‘A’ Service other than the IRPFS (Indian Railways other than in the Indian Railway Protection Force Service )/IRHS (Indian Railway Health Services).
Desirable: The Officers with the following shall be given Preference for Selection
i) Information Technology Exposure
ii) Experience in the Commercial Department of the Indian Railway
Experience: Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in the Grade Pay 8700 in Pay Level 13
As per the Procedure advised by the Ministry of Railways Letter No, 2017/E(O) II/41/5 Dated 25.05.2017. Selection Committee Procedure for Evaluation of Applications and Selection of Officers to be taken on Deputation. The Public Sector Undertakings to constitute the Selection Committee and formulate Objective Selection Criteria, Parameters.
A Duly Constituted Committee shall Evaluate the Candidatures and select the Most Suitable Persons for the Job Based on the Evaluation Parameters. The Concerned Organizations/Public Sector Undertaking shall forward the Name of the Select Candidates for Approval of the Competent Authority in the Ministry of Railways.
Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued an Appointment on the Chief General Manager (E-8 Level) Post On Deputation with Posting in New Delhi Zonal Office.
Deputation Tenure: The Officer post-Selection shall be appointed for 03 Years’ Duration.
