IRCTC Recruitment 2023: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has released a notification regarding hiring candidates for the post of Tourism Monitors on a contract basis. As per the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 08 vacancies. selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.

Candidates should have 3-Years Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or 3-Years Bachelor’s degree in any stream + 1-year Diploma in Travel & Tourism OR Candidates should have 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in any stream + 2-year Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism.
Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in Tourism should have a Minimum 01 year of working experience in Tour Operation / Travel Agency Firms OR candidates having a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream should have Minimum 02 years of working experience in Tour Operation /Travel Agency Firms.
As per the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary between Rs 30000 – Rs. 35000 depending on their qualifications and experience.
Candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should be below the age of 28 years. Age relaxation will be given to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Ex-Serviceman applicants as per Government guidelines. The upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST applicants, by 3 years for OBC applicants and by 10 years for PwBD applicants. Ex-Service Men – Up to the extent of service rendered in defense plus 3 yrs.
