IRRPL Recruitment 2023: Indo-Russian Rifles Private Limited (IRRPL) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (CEO/MD) on a contract basis. As per the IRRPL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years. Candidates will be selected through a personal interview. Indo-Russian Rifles Private Limited (IRRPL) is an assault rifle- manufacturing facility in Korwa, Amethi district, Uttar Pradesh, India. This Joint Venture was incorporated in 2019 under Inter-Governmental Agreement for manufacturing AK-203 assault rifles for the Indian Armed Forces. It is a JV between Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (42.5% stake), Munitions India Limited (8% stake), Concern Kalashnikov (42% stake) and Rosoboronexport (7.5% stake). Candidates should have worked for at least 5 years as the Chief Executive Officer in manufacturing companies/equivalent higher positions in the Indian Armed Forces. Candidates with 25 years of professional experience in manufacturing/ handling weapon systems will be preferred.
As per the IRRPL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary on a pay scale level 4 (Rs. 144200-218200).
The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years.
