Kerala HC Orders to Sort Out technical glitches on MCA Portal within 1 week

A Single Bench of Justice P.V. Kunhikrishnan of Kerala High Court has instructed to fix the technical glitch on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Portal within 1 week. This order came as the petitioner was facing difficulty in filing form NDH-4.

The petitioner, Viswaguru Narayana Nidhi Limited, is a Nidhi Company formed under Section 8(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Text of the Order:

Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to commence business without insisting for filing form NDH-4 pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of EBIN MATHEW, P.J.MATHEW, AKHILA SHOJI, JAEONA JAMES Advocates for the petitioners and of Deputy Solicitor General of India for Respondent No.1, the court passed the following:

ORDER

There will be a direction to the respondents to redress the grievance mentioned by the petitioner in Exhibit P7 ,with in one week.

Hand over a copy of this order to the petitioner and the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India today itself.
