KMRL Recruitment 2023: Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) is currently seeking an experienced IT professional to join their team as Manager (IT-ERP) at E3 level. As per KMRL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the successful candidate will have a bright academic record and a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years of experience in handling multiple SAP modules. They will be responsible for overseeing the standardization, alignment, and automation of business processes, managing the existing SAP ECC landscape and providing training for end-users. In addition, they will manage outsourced services including SAP AMC, cyber security audit, web development, AWS cloud data center & disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

As per KMRL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Manager (IT-ERP) will be expected to manage complex IT outsourced projects, draft RFPs and project proposals, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. They will also serve as the customer SPOC for multiple projects, resolve technical and commercial issues, and ensure project quality. The position is offered in the Recruitment 2023 cycle on a contractual basis for three years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and requirements. The age limit for this position is a maximum of 40 years, with age relaxation applicable as per reservation rules.
