Last date for filing LLP Form 11 for FY 22-23 is Approaching Soon; File Your Return before Due Date The Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) has reminded the Taxpayers who are registered as LLP firm to file their Annual Return Form before Last Date. Last date for filing LLP Form 11 (Annual Return) for FY 22-23 is 30th May 2023 (without paying additional fee). Kindly complete your filing without postponing it to the last day. The Limited Liability Partnership (LLPs) registered in India must file an Annual Return with the Registrar of Companies every year. The Annual Return needs to be filed in LLP Form 11 within 60 days from the closure of the financial year. This Form needs to be file even if LLP does not have any operations or business in the financial year.
