The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the tenure of the Company Law Committee by another one year till September 16, 2024 via issuing Order.
The Order stated as, "In continuation of the Orders of even no. dated 05.09.2022, 23.09.2021, 17.09.2020 and dated 18.09.2019 (annexed herewith), the tenure of the Company Law Committee is hereby further extended by one year i.e. till 16.09.2024. "
