MCA Notifies Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules 2023 The Ministry of Corporate Affair(MCA) has notified Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules 2023 via issuing Notification. The Notification Stated, "In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014." This New Rule may be called the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2023. This amendment shall come into with effect from 23rd January, 2023. In the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, in annexure- For Form No.MGT-3, the new Form layout shall be substituted and also for Form No.MGT-14 the new Form layout shall be substituted.
